∎ 3 to 5 years' proven experience as Medical Promotion Officer in pharmaceutical company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in different Sales & Marketing, Business Development area.
∎ Good knowledge about sales.
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit dermatologist, hospitals & clinics to inform about products & promote skin care products to Doctors/Medical professionals.
∎ Communicate with the medical professionals to exchange product information effectively to generate prescriptions.
∎ Visit the market, hunt new clients, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients, and follow up post-sale to ensure that your customers received the benefits they sought with our solutions.
∎ Achieve sales objectives of the company.
∎ Collect order & cash collections from organization
∎ Responsible to develop & maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions and pharmacies.
∎ Set reasonable sales targets to achieve by the sales team.
∎ Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Collect customer feedback and provide updates to management.
∎ Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
∎ Promote company's product and brand image.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan to exploit the potential regional market.
∎ Job Context: Organikare is looking for an incumbent who have good knowledge on sales and able to develop Marketing plan and implement monthly/annual sales promotion. He should possess sound knowledge on sales & marketing activities to achieve sales target.
