∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative Management, General Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed.
∎ Manage all HR & Administration functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, HR Information Systems, performance appraisal, annual leave register, attendance management etc.
∎ To manage and conduct all Employee Relations procedures on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies, Internal Complaints Committee, conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employee's exit from the firm and tracking status of full & final settlement .
∎ Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan.
∎ Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc.
∎ Conducting competency based interviews either through Telephone/In-Person interactions.
∎ Offer Management including Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship Management.
∎ Process owner for all Record Management pertaining to Employee's Personnel Files, Attendance Data,
∎ Leave Data, Salary payments etc. during the employee lifecycle.
∎ Develop and maintain policies (e.g. HR manual, service rules). Ensure policies are in line with the respective laws, rules & regulations.
∎ Ensure effective and up-to-date filing system for each employee.
∎ Maintaining Employee attendance and leave management on daily basis.
∎ Responsible for Training arrangement. Prepare Training Plan and Budget.
∎ Maintain professional employee relations, taking disciplinary action and handling grievances efficiently in an appropriate manner.
∎ Prepare/issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR & Administrative issues efficiently in Bengali and English language.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
∎ Arrange and coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
∎ New recruited employees joining formalities and day long orientation Program including salary account banking formalities.
∎ Facilitate the process of the annual performance assessment.
∎ Supervise subordinates and assigned departments.
∎ Maintain good relationship & liaison with Govt. organization (City corporation, RAJUK, WASA and others offices).
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the Management.
∎ To review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Procurement,
∎ Travel, Conveyance, Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Management, Office Notices & Display
∎ Board, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Office Stores & Inventory, Records Management, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Event Management, Vendor Management policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.

Salary: Negotiable
