Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
∎ • Perform regular maintenance and repairs to all stitching related equipment.
∎ • Work with other departments within the facility to solve sewing machine maintenance problems.
∎ • Coordinate with sewing machine maintenance section for new machine installation, machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil etc.
∎ • Follow-up for all out of order machine functional.
∎ • Train or instruct operators on proper use and operation of machines.
∎ • Have to coordinate with IE Department for the best uses of Machine.
∎ • He must avoid the facilities of Rented Machine.
∎ • Able to adjust work schedule as production needs arise.
∎ • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
∎ • Should has knowledge regarding Technical Audit’s requirements.
∎ • Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
