∎ >At last 05 years Experience in Similar Position at Reputed Garments.
∎ >Strong Communication Skills.
∎ >Must be good looking and presentable.
∎ >Willingness to work under Pressure.
∎ >Age above 45 is not acceptable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the finishing manager in planning and overseeing finishing operations including thread trimming, pressing, folding, packing, and labeling.
∎ Ensure garments meet the required finishing quality standards and buyer specifications.
∎ Monitor finishing quality and assist in resolving defects or non-conformities.
∎ Coordinate with the finishing team leaders, quality inspectors, and packing personnel.
∎ Provide training and support to finishing line workers when needed.
∎ Track daily output and efficiency.
∎ Maintain production records and report progress to the finishing manager or senior management.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of finishing equipment such as steam irons, presses, folding machines, etc.
∎ Material & Accessory Management
∎ Ensure correct accessories (tags, labels, polybags, cartons) are used for each style/order.
∎ Coordinate with store and merchandiser for timely availability of materials.
∎ Ensure that finishing processes comply with company policies, buyer requirements, and workplace safety standards.
∎ Communication with Other Departments
∎ Liaise with production, quality control, and shipment departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch.
∎ Assist in identifying bottlenecks and suggest process improvements in the finishing section.
∎ Support in maintaining accurate documentation for audits and buyer inspections.
∎ Supervision of Finishing Activities
