Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & design for betterment of products, process, resources as well as environment;
∎ Ensure on time delivery of quality products as per plan;
∎ Set shipment plan according to color, size, order and style;
∎ Ensure on time input availability in production floor and on time delivery of finished goods;
∎ Take preventive action for not conformation products;
∎ Check every steps of finishing to ensure quality product delivery as per buyer requirements;
∎ Follow-up customers complain & solve the same;
∎ Ensure minimizing of left over fabrics;
∎ Ensure stock report, daily wastage report and all other types of report;
∎ Lead, monitor, direct, appraise & trained-up subordinates;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required Focus on Data driven approach.
∎ Team oriented, collaboration & relationship management.
∎ Preference Proven Work Experience and Agency Experience .
