Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the monthly shipment schedule which is given by Planning Manager and hence assure the shipments are ready on time for delivery
∎ Keep the relevant management informed over any difficulty in following schedules and propose remedial actions.
∎ Monitor the production process from ironing to Packing.
∎ Work closely with the washing plants and get the wash garments for ironing
∎ Plan the packing process for each and every style at least 15 days prior to starting new style and simultaneously educate the workers for new styles.
∎ Arrange all the necessary packing materials, Man power Requirement and the machineries well before starting the new style.
∎ Constant training should be given to the subordinates as per the company requirement and for their future carrier development
∎ Monitor the absenteeism, Labor turn over and get the Necessary actions to minimize.
∎ Evaluate the performance of subordinates
∎ Work closely with the merchandising team and get the required materials and accessories on time
∎ Identify training needs of subordinates
∎ Train & motivate the staff to get the maximum efficiency with the best quality.
