• Knowledge of carton planning, packing standards, and shipment procedures.

• Familiarity with buyer requirements (M&S,GAP, H&M, etc.) will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management capability.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for finished goods (FG), including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

• Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage of finished lingerie items as per buyer/style/PO requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems and conduct regular stock reconciliation.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, and Merchandising teams for smooth shipment planning.

• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments as per export schedules and buyer compliance standards.

• Monitor packing lists, carton management, and shipment documentation accuracy.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain warehouse discipline.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and audit requirements (buyer, internal, and external audits).

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.

• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.

• Identify process improvements to reduce damages, losses, and inefficiencies.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, shipment status, and KPIs.
