Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure the preparation of plan and implement distribution of finished goods as per plan.

  • Monitor dispatch of finished products to the customer as per requirements.

  • Ensure accuracy of documentation during dispatch of finished products.

  • Handle issues pertaining to scheduling of trucks and trailers for smooth delivery of product.

  • Plan and manage storage and stacking of Finished Goods.

  • Monitor availability of adequate manpower required for delivery as per schedule.

  • Monitor proper utilization of hired vehicle and maintain records.

  • Ensure physical inventory of finished product periodically and submit reconcile report.

  • Ensure accuracy in inputs of FG delivery and VAT related data in MIS/Oracle/ERP.

  • Monitor bending machine productivity to keep the bend product available to meet customer requirement.

  • Monitor to reduce process delay time of bending machine to achieve production as well as delivery target.

  • Monitor VAT related activity is being maintained properly as per Govt. rules and company policies.

  • Monitor disposal of non- conformity product on a regular basis.

  • Work closely with instrumentation maintenance for monitoring weighbridge calibration on regular basis for accuracy of weighbridge.   

  • Compliance to ISO - QMS & EMS requirements as per standard.

  • Monitor and ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at workplace.
