Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure to implement of safety procedure at the units.

• Ensure relevant safety precautions are undertaken at the unit level.

• Ensure right signs and symbols on safety are displayed across the units.

• Conduct regular training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment.

• Interpret safety regulations for others interested in industrial safety, such as safety engineers, labor representatives and safety inspectors.

• Analyze and interpret statistical data related to safety, occupational illnesses and accidents.

• Conduct or direct testing of air quality, noise, temperature, or radiation levels to verify compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor and ensure the submission of monthly Safety Observation (SO) of the employees.

• Conduct bimonthly HSE audit and prepare report based on audit.
  Conduct quarterly safety committee meeting.

• Maintain records and documents pertaining to HSE related certification.

• Compliance to ISO - QMS and EMS requirements as per standard.

• Ensure timely escalation of challenges, concerns or unforeseen developments pertaining to the risk and actions to prevent their recurrence.
