Responsibilities & Context:
📦 Inventory Control & Stock Management:
Manage complete inventory operations for fashion clothing items.
Maintain accurate stock levels for all SKUs, sizes, colors, and designs.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock items.
Ensure proper barcode, tagging, and SKU management.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
📊 Stock Planning & Analysis:
Analyze sales data to forecast demand and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with buying, production, and sales teams for timely replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory performance reports.
Manage seasonal stock planning (Eid, Puja, Winter, New Arrival launches).
🚚 Warehouse & Showroom Coordination:
Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, checking, and storing garments.
Ensure timely stock transfer to multiple showrooms.
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock.
Monitor stock damage, returns, and exchanges.
🔍 System & Compliance:
Maintain inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
Ensure all inventory processes follow company policy.
Maintain product quality control standards.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management specifically in a Fashion Clothing Brand (Mandatory).
Experience in a fashion clothing–related company will be given more priority and added value.
Strong knowledge of garment inventory handling (size-wise, color-wise stock control).
Experience with ERP/software-based inventory systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage inventory for multiple outlets.
