Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory operations, Production Operation Management, Production planning, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Monthly production plan & Budget
∎ Maintain high standards of the production line.
∎ Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
∎ Monitoring the factory operations day to day basis.
∎ Planning factory daily routines and supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
∎ Resolving any factory related issue.
∎ Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Direct and coordinate cutting, sewing and finishing operations in accordance to the planned production schedule.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labors, equipment to meet production targets and objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Footwear
∎ Candidate should have work experience in any compliance factory.
∎ Knowledge of production planning, rejection control, maintaining of Industrial Engineering in production.
