∎ Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective strategies and team leadership.
∎ Monitor sales data to refine approaches and boost performance.
∎ Ensure precise inventory records through regular audits and timely updates.
∎ Minimize discrepancies to maintain operational integrity
∎ Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and company policies.
∎ Train and guide sales associates to uphold operational standards.
∎ Deliver outstanding service, addressing customer needs promptly and resolving issues per company guidelines.
∎ Ensure store presentation, ensuring displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards.
∎ Regularly update layouts to enhance customer engagement.
∎ Optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
∎ Manage daily cash deposits and update expense and stock accounts.
