• Candidate should have experienced on minimum 08-10 Years experienced on Fabric R&D;

• Candidate should have analyzing capacity of Process & Product development;

• Candidate should have on strong knowledge on fabric construction and analysis;

• Candidate will be able to Market Research & Trend Interpretation;

• Candidate will be able to strong communication & Cross connection based with his colleague regarding any kind of tasks;

• Candidate should have to take any kind of Decisions regarding problem analysis;

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric Development & Innovation:

  • Assist in developing new fabric qualities, blends, and finishes based on buyer requirements and fashion trends.

  • Work closely with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to translate concepts into fabric solutions.

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of fabric samples.

• Technical Support & Testing:

  • Ensure all developed fabrics meet technical and performance standards (e.g., shrinkage, colorfastness, GSM).

  • Coordinate with internal QA/QC and external labs for fabric testing and compliance certifications.

  • Troubleshoot any issues in fabric development or performance during bulk production.

• Trend Analysis & Forecasting:

  • Stay updated with global fabric trends, innovations, and sustainable practices.

  • Share seasonal fabric trend forecasts and development directions with relevant stakeholders.

• Documentation & Coordination:

  • Maintain detailed records of fabric developments, technical specs, testing results, and cost sheets.

  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and planning teams to ensure smooth transition from R&D to bulk execution.
