Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after batabd.com sales operation
∎ Execute regular campaigns to increase conversion rates overall order size and manage profitability performance across various product lines.
∎ Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations from the nominated dispatch centers / retail points.
∎ Optimize the entire consumer lifecycle daily, including daily onsite management (e.g., stock update, collection shuffle) to enhance the consumer experience.
∎ Coordinate with merchandising for updating product catalog on the website to deliver against targets and the roadmap.
∎ Monitor changes in product sales by using Ecommerce analytics and make quick decisions to provide support in other areas of Media Marketing,
∎ Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
∎ Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing e-commerce software/ application and industry best practices.
∎ Lead stakeholders to ensure the creation, communication, and execution of E-commerce plans, strategies, and tactics. (e.g. cross-functional departments and logistics partners)
