∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemical/Textile engineering or Bachelor / Master in Chemistry from reputed University.
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management would get preference.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate regularly with the concerned department in order to plan Dyes & Chemical sourcing.
∎ Collect quotations from various vendors/suppliers.
∎ Monitor and evaluate supplier's performance in terms of price and quality;
∎ Work on cost savings initiatives by developing new sources and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing suppliers and source new suppliers as required.
∎ Make projection regarding stock level.
∎ Updating vendor database on regular basis.
∎ Ensure checking of the price of the procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Follow-up delivery of the requested materials and supplies in a timely manner.
∎ Work on foreign purchasing & ensure LC/TT payment from finance department.
∎ Collect all sort of import documents from customs & commercial departments as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skills with ability to take decision independently.
∎ Problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Proficient in computer using.
