∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
∎ Experience in Dyeing: Several years of experience working in a dyeing lab or a similar role, with a deep understanding of dyeing processes and techniques.
∎ Management Experience: Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
∎ Project Management: Proven track record of managing projects, including coordinating with different departments and meeting deadlines.
∎ Expertise in Dyeing Techniques: Hands-on experience with various dyeing methods, such as reactive, acid, and vat dyeing.
∎ Quality Control Knowledge: Experience with quality control processes and standards in dyeing and textiles.
∎ Laboratory Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software used for dyeing and color analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Run the Dyeing lab to achieve the desired submission, RFT within the budget following SOP.
∎ Conduct R&D to optimize processes, time & cost.
∎ Train, lead, and coordinate the dyeing lab team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
