Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the supervision and coordination of laboratory activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
∎ Oversee dyeing processes, including color matching, formulation, and testing, to ensure accurate and consistent results.
∎ Troubleshoot dyeing issues, analyze process data, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality
∎ Lead and mentor laboratory technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in dyeing processes, and implement continuous improvements accordingly.
∎ Maintain accurate records of dyeing processes, test results, and inventory levels, and prepare reports for management review.

∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in our Dyeing Laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of daily laboratory, operations, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of dyeing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
