Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production plan and program outline
∎ Ensure the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time, data process etc.
∎ Ensure the standard environment in production floor
∎ Adjust bulk recipes & parameters for a particular shade to ensure good reproducible as well as increase RFT%
∎ Ensure operation as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
∎ Provide support for new development with quality standard
∎ Ensure minimization of wastage and utilization of resources;
∎ Communicate with Grey Store, Chemical Store, Finishing, Quality Assurance, Laboratory and other concerned Department for smooth operation;
∎ Manage the production floor as per compliance standard maintaining Kaizen and OSHAS standard
∎ Ensure after process, dyeing wastage water deliver into ETP
