Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage property Buy, Sale & Rental.
∎ Work out sales strategies for yourself as well as for the members of your sales team.
∎ Manage day to day activities of sales personnel of your team.
∎ Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading the sales team.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through rapport with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Motivate and train associates to develop new successor.
∎ Prepare various reports and statements about team supervision & Lead Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Should have strong communication skill.
