Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemistry/ M. Pharm/ B. Pharm form any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documentations of process validation, equipment qualification, drugs master file, SMF, cleaning validation, qualification of instruments, protocols and change management.
∎ Lead all the QA activities and maintain cGMP & ICH guidelines.
∎ Lead the team : work allocation, follow-up, guidance, training as per needs.
∎ Audit all the presentations, plant tours, document explanation, closing meetings.
∎ Handle internal/external audit & schedule, execution, CAPA, VMP, APQR, vendor audit,
∎ change controls, market complaint, evaluation, risk/impact assessment, implementation,
∎ deviation/ incident, cross functional investigation, CAPA, Closure, OOS/OOT, SOPs, quality risk management, batch release, BPR/BMR, and equipment cleaning records.
∎ Conduct training of team: On the job, cGMP, ICH, data integrity, 5'S, TQM, ISO etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 Years’ Experience of Quality Assurance in Pharmaceuticals/API Bulk drug industries.
∎ Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability.
∎ Strong command over English, Bangla & Computer Proficiency.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Positive mindset to work for extended hours.
