Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Manage the section related works and ensure the production target.
∎ 2. Supervise the production and make sure that production lines are running smoothly.
∎ 3. Plan and coordinate production-engineering processes daily to produce high-quality products.
∎ 4. Take steps to develop process improvements to utilize equipment and materials effectively to maximize production.
∎ 5. Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ 6. Forecast demand and plan inventory levels for regular items.
∎ 7. Identify unsafe operations & practices and report to the management.
∎ 8. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ 9. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
∎ 10. Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ 11. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
∎ 12. Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
