Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise installation of electrical systems (substation, generator, lift, solar, CCTV, PABX, lighting, etc.) as per approved drawings.
- Review and provide feedback on electrical drawings; ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
- Monitor and inspect internal & external electrical wiring, slab conduiting, and temporary distribution systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of electrical works according to the project schedule.
- Prepare BOQ for major electrical items and support material requisition processes.
