Position Overview:
The Manager, NGO Affairs will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s engagement with NGOs, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), development partners, and relevant stakeholders. The role requires building alliances, managing relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration on social, development, and sustainability initiatives aligned with Abul Khair Group’s values and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with NGOs, CSOs, donor agencies, and development partners.
Represent Abul Khair Group in NGO/CSO platforms, forums, and networks to strengthen collaboration.
Coordinate and manage partnerships for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability projects.
Monitor NGO and CSO policy developments, trends, and regulations that may impact the Group’s business or social initiatives.
Identify opportunities for joint initiatives with NGOs/CSOs that align with Abul Khair Group’s community development priorities.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management on NGO-related engagement and project progress.
Ensure compliance with national regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements concerning NGO partnerships.
Act as the liaison between the Group’s internal teams and external development partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
