Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Crown Cement Group. The ideal candidate having a robust background in electrical engineering within the large manufacturing /construction/ real estate sector, overseeing maintenance and ensuring optimal functionality of electrical systems for both office and commercial factories.

• Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of related machines/ equipment/ devices like HT & LT switch gear, Transformer, Diesel Generator, Batching Plant, E-crane, AVR, Air Conditioner, Water Pump, Motor, Solar System etc. with proper test record.

• Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.

• Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as Factory.

• Must have knowledge and practical working experience on HT & LT switchgear. Periodic maintenance experience on Sub-Station (Like VCB, LBS, Transformer, LT, PFI, DB & SDB Boards .ATS, Synchronies panel and others).

•  Must have Knowledge and working experience on Diesel generator (Perkins, Cummins or Other German and EU engines) more than 1300 KVA. Also working capable to maintain preventive / Schedule maintain on diesel generators.

• Maintain all records of Generator, power, Diesel consumption and air compressor.

• Practical working experience on Fire Fighter pump, Diesel pump and Jockey Pump and fire detection System.

• Design, maintain, implement, and enhance electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial purposes.

• Review electrical drawings, prepare revised and as-built drawings.

• Ensure compliance with standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, and topographical maps.

• Direct or coordinate installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

• Prepare specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment and materials.

• Maintain electrical equipment and estimate material demands; issue purchase requisitions.

• Verify all electrical subcontractor bills and coordinate with consultants regarding electrical designs and issues.

• Collaborate with relevant departments like PDB, DESCO, DPDC, REB to ensure smooth operation and adherence to scheduled work programs.

• Will be responsible for Fire & Electrical issues. Installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company`s facilities.

• Complete Work plan for Electrical and Maintenance, Development work and supervise all electrical installation work, Electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper records.

• Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.

• Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.

• Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of Batching plant, Generator, Transformer, E-Crane, Pumps and other machineries.

• To identify problems of plant equipment and convey to maintenance team to solve the problem.

• Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.

• Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reporting as per project plan and submit to the management.

• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of related machines/ equipment/ devices with proper test record.

• Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
