Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ Responsible to perform export and import related different activities independently with minimum supervision. He will have to perform export and import related all documentations, correspondences, banking, C&F, freight forwarding and L/C related works very professionals and timely .
∎ Responsible for all UP/ UD related activities of the company independently.
∎ Responsible for bond license renewal and bond limit (one time/ yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistics activities of import to timely in house.
∎ Fully capable to handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, factory transfer process, General Bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC and to release indemnity bond etc.
∎ Communicating with merchant time to time to confirm is there any changes done by buyer relating to shipment.
∎ Checking with buyer nominated forwarder to get the information regarding the shipment procedure.
∎ Overall need to support the production team for uninterrupted production.
∎ Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures.
∎ Checking & controlling PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.

∎ Garments, Textile.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Bond operation of Sewing Thread, Yarn Dyeing, Fiber Dyeing, Raw Cotton & Papers.
∎ Experience in 100% export-oriented business operation with bonded warehouse & Export operation;
∎ Must have knowledge working with UCPDC, INCO Terms, custom & VAT regulations;
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation;
∎ Experience in 100% export-oriented RMG & Textile Company;
∎ Only applicant with previous experience in similar role should apply;
∎ Exceptional communication skills delivered both verbally and in writing in English;
∎ Conversant to work with MS-Office.
