∎ BBA/MBA Major in Marketing from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of big volume of lands for township projects around Dhaka district like Gazipur, Purbachal, Madani Avenue, etc.
∎ Conduct meetings with Land Owners.
∎ Convert leads into priority.
∎ Conduct accurate market surveys regarding the price of land.
∎ Negotiation skill of land price as appropriate.
∎ Scrutinise land documents.
∎ Land document vetting from Govt. offices
∎ Procurement of big volume of land efficiently.
∎ Prepare feasibility report.
∎ Daily supervision of team members as a team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have prior knowledge of purchasing big lands
∎ Should have enough knowledge on examining land papers
∎ The capability of purchasing big land
∎ Hard-working mindset and positive attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
