∎ The candidate must have practical working experience in the BD (Land) dept. of Real Estate Company , Preferably in Ctg.
∎ The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the JV land feasibility & Analysis, FAR, land related documents etc.
∎ The candidate should have qualities to finding JV land for development & having good relationship with land owners at Chattogram city.
∎ The Candidate Must Have Settled in Chattagram.
∎ The candidate must have strong negotiation and deal closing ability.
∎ Presentable personality with effective communication skills.
∎ Customer-centric mindset, proficiency in CRM, and ability to work smartly.
∎ Target oriented and mentality to take challenges.
∎ Capability to motivate team members.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare financial analysis and market survey.
∎ Prepare deed of agreement and POALand procurement and acquisition under joint venture
∎ Meeting with the Landowners to get all the opinions / demands of Landowner.
∎ Finalize the features, sharing and financial benefits with the Landowner.
∎ Finalize the terms and conditions with the Landowner.
∎ Collect required documents for approval.
∎ Complete the signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.
∎ Inform superior about test result and help him to prepare strategy & planning.
