Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of big volume of lands for township projects around Dhaka district like Gazipur, Purbachal, Madani Avenue.
∎ Procure land in Chattogram.
∎ Conduct meetings with Land Owners.
∎ Convert leads into priority.
∎ Conduct accurate market surveys regarding the price of land.
∎ Negotiate with landowners regarding land price as appropriate.
∎ Scrutinize land documents.
∎ Vetting land documents from Govt. offices
∎ Procurement of big volume of land efficiently.
∎ Prepare feasibility report.
∎ Daily supervision of team members as a team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have prior knowledge of purchasing land
∎ Should have enough knowledge on examining land papers
∎ The capability of purchasing big land
∎ Hard-working mindset and positive attitude.
