Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor L2C process -Lead to K, K to Priority, Priority to Sale properly through Software and Andrew Grove Chart (AGC)
∎ Responsible for K to Priority conversion and closing the deal
∎ Maintain close relationship with customers, follow up and update Software, and AGC regular basis
∎ Find out weak team performer/non performer, arrange effective training and mock session for skill development, and product knowledge etc.
∎ Win customer’s heart through excellent services, effective communication and loyal to commitment.
∎ Introduce new ideas/initiatives to boost up team achievement.
∎ Monitor team member activities, movement, discipline, role play, reporting etc.
∎ Price survey, land visit, collection of brochures etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Should be target/ result oriented.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Smarter way of working with positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work independently with Empowerment
∎ Should be proactive and work Ownership
∎ Possess High morals, Honesty and Integrity.
∎ Capability to align with company Culture, Mission, Vision and Core Values.
