Garments Textile, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Management System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of Cutting in Cutting Dept. of a Knit Garments.
∎ Monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance including buyers handling and capable to work independently in Cutting Dept.
∎ Follow up Fabric inspection done by 4-point system, before delivery to cutting Floor.
∎ Color continuity /Shade continuity maintain batch to batch also shade check with approved shade of every fabric lot before Cutting start.
∎ Follow up GSM check, batch wise & roll wise.
∎ Shrinkage, Twisting report check of every fabric lot before Cutting start for different fabric types.
∎ Ensure fabric relaxation with maintain SOP.
∎ Pattern check with following approved spec. sheet and marker check with hard pattern and Bulk mini- Marker.
∎ Check correction pattern with pattern correction report.
∎ Maintain/ follow up Lay height and Lay length SOP and lay tension during cutting ensuring correct spreading Quality procedure.
∎ Follow up TMB check with hard pattern correction report.
∎ Ensure 100% cut panel check with no rejection and follow up reject part replacement with remnants fabric.
∎ Print and embroidery compare with approved print/embroidery strike off.
∎ Understanding all P.P comments and check work sheet & swatch card.
∎ Experienced in Bulk size set, pattern correction and Bulk cutting proceed.
∎ Arrange training/ meeting for all QI.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved any other task assigned by the higher authority.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspector in Cutting Floor.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Ensure optimum Cutting Quality to ensure smooth sewing input supply without any Quality Complain caused by cutting Floor.
