Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce garments in the allotted time.
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Increase the productivity and reduce labor cost through updating the information.
∎ Problem face of daily basis and giving target to the workers with the help of In-Charge and supervisors.
∎ Apply the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement.
∎ Implement the necessary procedures in the cutting department.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimize marker wastage and reduce extra hour of work.
∎ Ensure to manage the consumption and wastages as per the budget given by merchandising department.
∎ Monitor and ensure all quality parameters like consistent color and GSM of the cut panels which are sent in the sewing line.
∎ lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero non-compliance.
∎ Analyze, review and present required information to the management.
∎ Maintain the SOP of cutting strictly.
∎ Make the cutting plan as per production plan.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 30 years
