∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color Contamination check, Cutting planning, Cutting Ratio, Fabric Order, Marker Measurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production plan from factory production head & prepare cutting plan;
∎ Ensure fabric order, garments order and measurement sheet from concerned Merchandiser;
∎ Ensure to receive the fabric from the fabric store as per fabric order sheet;
∎ Prepare order cutting ratio;
∎ Maintain & check fabric thoroughly for color contamination, Holes & GSM spots;
∎ Follow-up & maintain cutting as per ratio Lay/hand cutting body according to requirement;
∎ Ensure on time delivery of cutting body to sewing department;
∎ Ensure proper co-ordination with print / embroidery section/ factory to ensure smooth input;
∎ Ensure to make excess shipment of garments through optimum Utilization of resource;
∎ Ensure all report, record, registers preparation, maintain, & inform to concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1 year of work experience with a large knit garments industry in same designation.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
