Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: Financial Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Medical Equipment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F
∎ To ensure all commercial activities ( L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Progressive experience in Commercial Department.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively to meet simultaneous deadlines
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
∎ Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export/ Import through L/C/ SC/TT, Documentation (CI, PL, CO, BL)
∎ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, both written and oral English
∎ Strong Knowledge of Bangladesh Import & Export Policy
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ (Depends on Experience)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
