Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in Business Administration with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any government approved university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of annual strategies for AIE Enterprise based on annual plan along with cross functional departments.
∎ Developing the impactful brand activities for the enterprise, and the portfolio and propositions, in alignment with sales and operation team where relevant.
∎ Own the development and execution of Brand Marketing Plans and Innovation Launch Plans that fulfill marketing strategies, support the company's social mission and meet financial objectives for sales, gross margin and profitability.
∎ Brand planning and Implementation (ATL, BTL & Digital Activities) according to TG demand and importance.
∎ Special focus on digital platforms, Analyze industry, competition and market trends.
∎ Work closely with Internal HO team, partner agencies, bull station team, & Sales team to lead the development and execution of all marketing related works.
∎ Constantly monitor and optimize sales and marketing in order to hit the P&L.
∎ Monitor budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Develop integrated marketing deliverables that enable efficient, consistent execution including the development of the Brand Experience and performance in the field.
∎ Analyze Sales Data and relevant financials and take steps based on the analysis to increase sales.
∎ Design & Oversee consumer campaign, activation, & Visibility to ensure successful execution of given tasks.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
