Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target that are given by the management.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Expand to new potential sales area and increase sales volume.
∎ Monitor and ensure sales collection.
∎ Create new dealers.
∎ Should be able to control and supervise a team.
∎ Should have good and strong communications skill to convince the corporate clients & Govt. bodies.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance.
∎ Product branding, Promotional plan, budgeting & execution.
∎ Up-to-date with the market information.
∎ Responsible to take whole responsibility of branch in aspect of timing display, display, visiting etc.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
∎ Emphasis on retail sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure, Telecommunication
∎ Having experience with IT firm will get preference.
∎ Enthusiastic & Challenging mind set up is required.
∎ Willing to work independently as according to Management Guideline.
∎ Capable of developing market rapidly with challenge and also capable to Set-Up total Market Structure.
∎ Great Leadership quality and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in sales and marketing.
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
∎ Have to have the capabilities to communicate in English as well as Bangla.
∎ Knowledge on Tendering
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Pay Quarterly, Yearly Sales Commission, Festival Bonus, Incentives, Provident fund ,Gratuity and a attractive remuneration package will be offered to the deserving candidates
