Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ M. Com in Accounting. CA (Course Completed) will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Head of Audit to perform all sorts of audits, pre-audit & any other activities.
∎ Good knowledge about Accounts, Finance related activities including Income Tax & VAT.
∎ Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with policies, laws & regulations.
∎ Provide regular briefing and report audit findings and recommendations to Head of Audit.
∎ Having the capacity to conduct a risk-based audit as per the internal audit plan.
∎ Prepare audit report on a timely basis and follow up the report.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Capable of Working under a heavy workload and work-related stress
∎ Applicant must have very strong linguistic skill in English and Bengali communication (Verbal and Written)
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Excellent computer skill in MS word, excel, powerpoint (specially Bangla type known is a must)
∎ Have to be habituated for frequent traveling to branch offices of microfinance & development program.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 19500 (Monthly)
∎ During 6 months’ probation period consolidated monthly salary will be Tk. 19,500/- and after Confirmation TK. 24,447/-.
