Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the resort
Communicate effectively with visitors and clients to ensure excellent service
Support shooting spot management and coordinate with clients during shoots
Maintain booking records and manage schedules efficiently
Supervise resort cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
Handle customer inquiries both online and offline
Assist in event coordination and special arrangements
Monitor staff activities and report to management when necessary
