• Must be honest, responsible, and hardworking.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) will be an advantage.
• Must have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills

1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the resort

1. Communicate effectively with visitors and clients to ensure excellent service

1. Support shooting spot management and coordinate with clients during shoots

1. Maintain booking records and manage schedules efficiently

1. Supervise resort cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance

1. Handle customer inquiries both online and offline

1. Assist in event coordination and special arrangements

1. Monitor staff activities and report to management when necessary

1. Manage staff schedules, workflow, and departmental coordination.

1. Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

1. Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
