• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) will be an advantage.
• Must have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the resort

• Communicate effectively with visitors and clients to ensure excellent service

• Support shooting spot management and coordinate with clients during shoots

• Maintain booking records and manage schedules efficiently

• Supervise resort cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance

• Handle customer inquiries both online and offline

• Assist in event coordination and special arrangements

• Monitor staff activities and report to management when necessary

• Manage staff schedules, workflow, and departmental coordination.

• Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards

• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
