• Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related domain.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.

• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.·  

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.·     

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create innovative solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement software applications for various hotel functionalities, such as:

  Reservation systems

  Guest room management systems

  Mobile apps for guest services

  Self-service kiosks

  Integration with property management systems

  Data analytics and reporting tools

• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues·    

• Periodically submit requests for proposal (REP) to new and existing vendors for IT related supplies and services.

• Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the IT Manager or his/her designate.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and guest services, to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of software applications.

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies relevant to the hospitality industry, such as cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI).

•  Document code effectively and contribute to the creation of technical knowledge base.

•  Assist with IT support for hotel staff base on requirement as needed.

• Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.

• Directing our software programming initiatives·   

• Overseeing the development of documentation.

•  Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.

•  Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.

• Managing the software development lifecycle.

• Monitoring system performance.

• Developing and executing project plans.

• Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.

• Testing new software and fixing bugs.      

• Shaping the future of our systems.
