Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGDHRM) will get preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our business needs.
∎ Responsibilities include recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data, Leave Management and taking steps to retain our people. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of labor legislation, English language and experience hiring employees for various roles and seniority levels.
∎ Assists to Management for creating and keeping a good environment where our employees are happy, engaged and productive.
∎ Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off etc.
∎ Help in payroll management, preparation and report submit to Head Office.
∎ Coordinating Hotel Associate events and activities.
∎ Developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, preparing personal files of the colleagues.
∎ Assist with employee relation issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinarians, grievance and capability.
∎ Full usage of HR System including running of Payroll, Change of Status Requests and other amendments as required that are for HRD Approval.
∎ Assists the HR manager in Budget preparation where required and is fully aware of all Budgeted Positions and hiring approvals.
∎ Provide staff counselling, guidance, career planning, and oversee disciplinary matters up to and including dismissal and oversee any Grievance Complaints made as required.
∎ Supporting the hotel with departmental training requirements including inductions, work experience, careers fairs, and training materials.
∎ To know and follow the Health & Safety at Work Act and comply with the hotel's Health & Safety policy.
∎ Prepare monthly all HR & Admin related report, salary, joining & resign status etc. and send to Head office.
∎ Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
∎ All HR, Admin and others relevant decision will be report and approval by Head Office.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
∎ Skills Required: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Hard Worker, Hotel HR Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, PRESENTATION SKILLS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ >>> General Administration, General HR, Hotel HR or any Hospitality Sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ >>> Hotel or Hospital or other hospitality sector
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Hard Worker

∎ PRESENTATION SKILLS.
