Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers and assist them with placing their orders.
∎ Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
∎ Customize orders according to customer preferences and special requests.
∎ Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital wallet payments.
∎ Handle any issues related to payments and transactions.
∎ Assist customers with menu-related questions and recommendations.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, attentive, and responsive to customer needs.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
∎ Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized POS counter area.
∎ Prepare accurate shift reports detailing transactions, cash flow, and any discrepancies.
