Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an organized and experienced Branch Controller to ensure that channel sales targets are met and dealers are satisfied with their service. The Branch Controller is responsible for managing staff, training new recruits, monitoring financial operations, keeping track of financial transactions, ensuring a high standard of dealer services, filing documents and creating a monthly budget. An effective Branch Controller will also be able to motivate employees to perform according to their maximum capacity.
∎ To be successful as a Branch Controller must be able to multitask and have experience with business management. The ideal candidate will have experience as a channel sales manager and knowledge of diverse dealer business subjects such as dealer sales, sales promotion, marketing etc. to oversee the daily operations of our branches. He will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. The goal is to manage our branches in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a dealer channel business strategy that supports the segment priorities and introduce an implementation plan to support the strategy that is measurable and branch credit analysis;
∎ Assist the branches in administration and control of the functions, to provide leadership and training to branch staff, and to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary for the promotion of the branch;
∎ Track the performance (individual dealer sales & credit analysis) of the dealer channel business and evolve key priorities in line with performance;
∎ Identify growth and new dealer channel business investment opportunities and competitor sales analysis;
∎ Organizing dealer sales operations, sales monitoring based on target and decision-making capability and allocating responsibilities to employees;
∎ Recruiting, supervising and guiding employees towards maximum performance;
∎ Preparing and controlling the dealer channel business’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and branch product mixing (gaining market share of individual product);
∎ As a dealer channel business manager, it is your responsibility to sales growth monthly/quarterly & Gaining Competitive advantage which exceeds high standards and service levels;
∎ Ensure dealer channel business profitability and maintain branch security and hygiene. Make sure that good communication with key dealer & potential dealer.
∎ Coordinate with cross functional teams for planning and execution for dishonor / bad dealer analysis;
∎ Align with specific sales & marketing objectives, RMA monitoring or follow up, product logistic support, total area of market & global area of market analysis and Store Analysis;
∎ Deal with dealer's complaint, challan based on Dealer & Product Criteria and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services and finding & assurance of team coordination;
∎ Work together with the company's senior or management and any other job assigned by the management as and branch employee capacity analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as dealer channel sales manager or in other managerial position;
∎ Knowledge of dealer management best practices;
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
∎ Excellent organizing and leadership skills and commercial awareness;
∎ Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles;
∎ Very good knowledge about MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint is compulsory;
∎ Excellent knowledge of sales management software;
∎ Should have a positive approach, good manners, and responsible behavior.
