Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and developing short-term and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to Project Director (PD) for approval.
∎ Preparing monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where Necessary.
∎ Ensuring collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement, and adjustment.
∎ Preparing different reports for the management, e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis, etc.
∎ Preparing documents regarding sales contract/credit contract for new clients and upgrade previous client's agreements.
∎ Solving the client's / employees' / customer's problems (such as product handover, payment system, rate, commission, offer.)
∎ Maintaining necessary coordination with the Accounts Department.
∎ Achieving project targets and brand value through direct role in sales, marketing and creating and taking the organization forward by the overall development of the project.
∎ Sorting SWOT Analysis & taking necessary action.
∎ Taking strategic plan for expanding market size & implementing a rapid sales growth strategy
∎ Achieving Marketing & Sales operational objectives.
∎ Making the officers qualified through proper motivation, training and guidance.
∎ Regularly updating the sales information to the Project Director.
∎ Able to perform any other assignments given by Project Director.
