Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have B.Sc. Ag/ M.Sc or MS in any agriculture subject ( major in Agriculture/Agronomy, Seed Technology/ Plant breeding candidates will get preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, budgeting, directing, implementing, evaluating & monitoring of Rice and Maize seed production.
∎ Taking necessary steps for ensuring of budgeted production target of Rice and Maize seed production.
∎ Ensure all inputs for implementation of seed production activates and ensure proper use and maintenance of all kinds of materials and resources.
∎ Taking initiative to build up liaison with related Government Institutes, national & multinational seed companies' collection of new technology for strengthening exiting production activities.
∎ Staff recruitment & development through organizing counseling, training, meeting, workshop etc.
∎ Analyze weekly, monthly & yearly report of production. Identify inconsistence of target vs achievement & provide appropriate suggestions to relevant section.
