Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a planning team which is responsible for capacity planning and management for composite knit and woven tops and bottom factories.
∎ Get order projections and confirmation details from marketing and merchandising.
∎ Strong coordination with marketing and merchandising to ensure capacity fulfillment.
∎ Plan and publish monthly production schedule.
∎ Prepare micro planning for each and every process across the value stream.
∎ Review and adjust the plan on weekly basis as needed.
∎ Provide Production and Productivity related KPI targets such as Planned Quantity, Planned Efficiency, Planned SAH, Planned Available Minutes etc.
∎ Tracking, monitoring and execution of the plan in coordination with the production department.
∎ Need to follow up with the TNA
∎ Communicate with customer and suppliers as needed.
∎ Help in strategic decision making with necessary information and analysis related to capacity, product category and production performance.
∎ Coordinate with IE department to ensure preparation with machine, attachment and manpower requirements based on production schedules.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
∎ Carry out and special tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, E-mail, PDF) and excellent communication/presentation skill are essential for this position.
∎ Applicant should have good command of spoken and written English.
