∎ At least 15 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time quality production as per plan;
∎ Ensure coordination among all SBU's Production, Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Department;
∎ Ensure process improvement and reduction of the cost of production;
∎ Ensure achieving of overall Functional & Business KPI (Key Performance Indicator);
∎ Ensure Continuous improvement and Maintain 7S of overall factory;
∎ Ensure OTD (On Time Delivery) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) of customer orders;
∎ Handle customer feedback along with team and give proper solutions to Customer Service/Sales & Marketing team;
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze findings & develop product diversification;
∎ Ensure people evaluations and people development;
∎ Handle Factory related all the project management work along with Unit HR, Admin & Compliance Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in similar role with large garments accessories industry in BD;
∎ The applicant must have good product knowledge on large garments accessories (Auto Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories & Printing Press);
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
