∎ BBA/ MBA in any discipline from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume all responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day e-commerce operations by effectively managing Leads and Associates
∎ Work with direct reports to execute the accurate processing of e-commerce orders
∎ Oversee inventory levels to ensure they meet customer demand
∎ Directly manage applicable controllable expenses and identify opportunities to increase contributions and partner with Store Manager to create and execute an action plan to capitalize on opportunities
∎ Monitors day to day stock movements and ensures that all items in webstore are properly stocked
∎ Coordinates with brands regarding their buying patterns, and aligning with them with respect to broader stocking strategies
∎ Forecasts and assists broader demand planning team in forecasting what items to buy, in what quantities
∎ Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport to with potential and actual customers to understand customer service requirement
∎ Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of customer complaints
∎ Resolves customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions and in a professional manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have 5 to 7 years work experience in E- commerce Sector.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
∎ Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
∎ Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
∎ Be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments
Salary: Negotiable
