Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
∎ Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
∎ Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
∎ Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
∎ Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division.
∎ Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement
∎ Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of new division staff members
∎ Working with the financial department to plan and develop your division's monthly budget.
∎ .Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues to senior management
∎ Achieve the sales target, daily. weekly and monthly basis
∎ Closely monitoring sales & operation of particular divisional all branches
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 5 to 7 years work experience in any Domestic courier (online/Offline)
∎ Must have practical experience in e- commerce, f- commerce, parcel, document & non- document.
∎ Have the ability & database to finish corporate & retail wholesale of other customer database.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
∎ • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
∎ Successful track record in B2B sales.
∎ Proper Track record from previous company & clearance from last company management.
