Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile (Wet Processing), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
∎ B.Sc in Textile (Wet Processing) or
∎ B.Sc in Applied Chemistry
∎ from a reputed Public or Private University
∎ MBA Degree holders from a reputed foreign University will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Textile Processing,Dyeing,Wet Processing
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing, Knitted Fabric Dyeing, Textile Processing, Wet Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Knit Composite Garment Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability to understand buyers fabric standard requirements and deliver the Correct Quality Fabrics within given time frame;
∎ Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge in wet processing and knit fabric finishing;
∎ Monitor and ensure the SOP's of the Dye house;
∎ Should have the technical knowledge of minimizing fabric dying cost & process loss;
∎ Guide and Lead the team with recipes, dye formula/process to ensure RFT;
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process;
∎ Monitor the entire process until the correct finished fabric is delivered to store/cutting;
∎ Co ordination with production & planning departments for day to day production requirements and sampling activities.
∎ Man power deployment & Control.
∎ Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority
∎ Taking care of machine maintenance with quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance with co-ordination of Maintenance team.Taking care of spare parts inventory.
∎ Loss time calculations and controlling Down timings
∎ Highly conscious to minimize water consumption, sustainable development of process and practices so as to minimize Hydraulic load in Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Follow up at every stage of processing to get output within determined time.
∎ Process up gradation and recipe formulation to produce cost competitive material.
∎ Ensure minimum rejection and plan for reducing rejection by process improvement, Operator training & process control.
∎ Ensure that all the operators strictly follow the safety aspects and ensure the PPE usage by operator.
∎ Ensure proper shift allocation & maximum manpower efficiency
∎ Ensure that all the checklist and logbooks are updated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience working in reputed knit composite factory and must have proper knowledge about Lead Time of Garment Cutting Production Processes as well.
∎ Selected Candidate will need to take the responsibility of delivering correct fabric before PCD.
∎ Must Have experience with Auto Dozing Dyeing Process and color kitchen.
∎ Must have the experience on ETP Management.
∎ Must have the experience of at least 25 to 40 Metric Ton fabrics Dyeing Production.
∎ Must Have Knowledge about Knitted Fabrics Finishing.
∎ Must Have Knowledge about High Quality Brushed Fleece Fabrics.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Hardworking & able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have the ability to submit summary report/status/update to management as live state.
